Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing our digital garden guides! We strive to provide high-quality and useful content to help you take care of your garden flowers, and we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, as our products are digital, and immediately available for download, our refund and return policy differs from standard policies.

Since all our products are delivered in digital format (PDF guides or downloadable files), and once you access the files, we cannot offer refunds for downloaded materials. This is because digital products cannot be returned in the same way physical products can.

That being said, we understand that technical issues may arise. If you experience any issues where the product was not delivered or there was an error in downloading, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the issue by providing the correct file or a new download link.

If, during the download or usage process, the file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a replacement, you may contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a refund. In this case, after reviewing the issue, we will decide whether to offer a refund or provide a replacement.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after making the purchase.
  • You did not carefully read the product description and later found it didn’t meet your expectations.
  • Access issues occurred due to device or software incompatibility on your end.
